Question: If I'm out of shape, can I still do the program?

A: Yes! We have progressions and regressions built into the program so you can make them easier or harder depending on your current status.

Question: Does it include a Nutrition Program?

A: No! Often giving out a "nutrition plan" fails miserably for the coach and the client because this is not a 1 size fits all approach. Instead we have found a more significant impact and long-term success with our clients by educating and empowering them on nutrition instead of just giving them pieces of paper that you won't use. We do however, educate you and empower you about your own nutrition which is MUCH greater!
