How We Enhance Performance?

The individual comes first! Then we tailor the program to their sport, position and demands of the game.

Speed & Strength Camp takes place in a group setting and is led by instructors and coaches. Our camps provide an introduction to athletic development through training of fundamental movement skills, power development, sprint mechanics, jumping and landing techniques, plyometrics, strength training, speed and agility training, energy system development, and injury prevention.

2. Speed - Technique
3. Speed - Application (Acceleration, Agility, Multi-Direction , Top-End Speed)
4. Power Training - ( Jumps , Throws etc.)
5. Strength Training (Upper Body, Lower Body, Total)
6. Conditioning (Team Oriented & Fun)
