Can I (the parents) workout ?
Many Moms & Dads naturally inquire about training with us after they see their kids have awesome results and enjoy coming to the gym on a regular basis.
We have specific adult training sessions available to help you feel better, have more energy and live a longer and healthier lifestyle to enjoy the most with your family.We do offer special family discounts to help healthy family lifestyle.

Are training sessions supervised ?
Yes. Every session your son / daughter is lead and observed through speed and strength training to improve their performance by a nationally certified strength and conditioning specialist (NSCA-CSCS) - the gold standard in Strength & Conditioning industry.
They will be in a small group of 10 or less athletes and get the personal attention they need, but in a fun and challenging environment with their peers.
What do I need to bring to workouts ?
A positive attitude and your desire to get better that day.
Also bring good training shoes and/or cleats, a water bottle (drinking fountain on site), normal athletic / workout clothes.
My son / daughter has mandatory team workouts at school / club - how will you work around / with their coach ?
We understand playing their sport is the reason for training.
So it’s still vital you schedule and keep training consistent even it’s 1 or 2x/ week, whether you’re training with us or on your own
.When there are TEAM mandatory workouts we will:
First, contact the sport coach and learn about the program they plan on using for their workouts.
Second, we will adjust our plan to compliment theirs and give your son / daughter what they NEED and are NOT getting from their TEAM workouts.
Simply, we are flexible and adjust our training program to give them what they need that day.
My son / daughter is already lifting at school, how is this training better / different ?
What happens after the first 12-week block of training ?

How does billing work ?
Simply you will be billed once every 30-days via credit / debit card of your choice on the start of the program date until cancelled.
What happens if I miss a session / vacation etc. ?
We certainly want your athlete in for their training as much as possible. In the event if you miss a workout session, they are allowed to make it up within that training month by simply attending any other session time slot. There will be no refund on training sessions as schedule change and adjust so frequently, we simply honor it and trust you’ll make it up.
