6 FREE Fat Loss Workouts (And HOW to Use Them)

Getting to the gym is a great start ...

But what kills peoples motivation, desire and the truth why most people will never achieve their goals to lose that 15 pounds of fat, be healthier for their family often happens BEFORE they ever get to the gym

  3. Go and revert back to what we know and did in the past or seen in a video ... (even though it hasn't got the results I wanted OR once we did get results, we stopped and gained the weight back)

To keep it simple we break down our Conditioning (burning calories) into your 3 main energy systems which each have varied ratios to know if you're burning more calories from Fat vs. Carbs.

They are ...

Yellow - Aerobic

Green - Glycolytic

Red - Alactic
