Each summer Josh helps me tremendously in my preparation for the upcoming seasons. He focuses on my functional movements and helps correct any imperfections I may have developed through the course of a long, demanding Hockey season. I enjoy working with Josh because he customizes his program to each individual which helps me maximize my training results.

Choosing to train at Athletic Preparation with Josh has been a great experience for me. He's helped me develop speed, strength, and power specific for me as a college football safety. I really like the fact that he takes the time to teach me individually, and clearly communicates what I need to work on with my sprint technique, why it's important and how to execute it to get the most out of all the work we put in every week. I wish I trained here in high school and will be coming back in the off-season. One of the most important things I got out of training with Josh was the relationship.
