Workout is as follows

How To Perform:

- 3-5 Rounds

- :30 seconds each exercise

- :30 rest

Workout:

Jumping Jacks

Push Up

Lunge

Jog

Shoulder Taps

Squat

Shuffle

Mountain Climbers

Cossack Squat
